Parrot feather fan with 6 beautiful long Scarlet Macaw tail Feathers. 8.25 inch Walnut wood handle with Larvikite inlay. Feathers are approximately 16 inches from handle. Total length is over 2 feet! Tail feathers are special, they wiggle more than they flap! This fan is like a percussive instrument, or simliar to chakapas made with dried plants.
 
Larvikite is a stone of transformation and adapting to change, weathering the storm of planetary evolution. Larvikite helps one access inner strength and lessen worry about the newness. Larvikite offers spiritual and physical protection.

Feathers are naturally molted (shed as they grow new ones) from rescue birds at Greyhaven Exotic Bird Sanctuary. Our feather creations raise funds for them. Sah cleans them well before sorting and crafting.
