A program dedicated to introduce Teens to the scientific evidence for energy medicine, as well as, provide them with 2 basic Healing Touch techniques and a meditation. The course is designed to empower Teens and to help facilitate ownership of their own energy field, enabling them to gain more control of their reactions to stressful and traumatic situations and give them a healthier perspective on life. Specially geared for Teens, this workshop includes a power point presentation, video, demonstrations, technique instruction and a CD to take home for ongoing practice.
