Tektite

Tektites (Meteoric Silica Glass)  are a poorly understood form of meteoritic glass from outer space.  They are irregular and at times intricately-shaped nodules and blobs of a glassy substance. They have no crystal structure, and are therefore similar to obsidian (amorphous), but are not associated with volcanic processes. Their chemistry is unique and somewhat unexplained.  Tektites may be formed during an impact of a meteor with layers of rock on the Earth’s surface, combining with whatever rocks are on location.  Some believe that they are pieces of the Moon or Mars.  Tektites are the driest known minerals, with an average water content of 0.005%.

Tektites provide encouragement to learn, not necessarily from study, but even through mundane daily activities.  They help you let go of undesirable experiences and to cherish the desirable ones, BUT not letting you forget the lesson either way.  Tektites can help you to see into the heart of a situation. They stimulate the natural order of growth, development, and completion.  It is believed that due to their outer-space history, you can telepathically tune into the beings of their place of origin.  Carrying one strengthens your energy field and provides for increased contact during daily activities.  Polynesian tribal elders believed tektites would bring wealth and fertility.

Physically Tektites can reduce fever, dispel transmitted diseases, and balance circulation.
