Lepidolite

Lepidolite is literally crystallized lithium, (Potassium Lithium Aluminum Silicate Hydroxide Fluoride) the same mineral used in antidepressant medication, but in its pure form as it comes out of the Earth. The name lepidolite is from the Greek word lepidos, meaning "scale", because lepidolite normally appears scaly.  Known as the stone of transition, Lepidolite helps shift and restructure old energy patterns and brings light and hope to a situation, with calm trust and acceptance.  It is has a refreshing energy which promotes hope, patience, and self-love.  Use lepidolite to heal depression, lessen anger, panick attacks, and release trauma.  It is also useful when ending addicions.  Lepidolite assists astral travel and dream recall.  Lepidolite can help locate energy blockages throughout the body, and when used in gridding, it enhances stabilization.
