Aragonite

Aragonite is a polymorph of calcite, which means that it has the same chemistry as calcite (Calcium Carbonate) but it has a different structure, and most importantly different crystal shapes.  See Calcite.

Aragonite helps to center yourself more easily, and is especially helpful when stressed and angry, or when preparing to meditate.  It can aid you in figuring out the basis of problems, and stimulates communication on higher planes.  Use it to enhance patience and keep up while swamped with responsibilities.  Aragonite enhances reliability and practicality.

Physically it can aid absorption of Vitamins A & D.
